ShoreMaster, Inc. warrants its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship as follows:

ShoreMaster’s warranty is limited to products purchased new by the original owner and is not transferable. SHOREMASTER WILL, AT ITS OPTION, REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS FOUND ON EXAMINATION BY SHOREMASTER TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER NORMAL USE AND SERVICE. THE BUYER’S REMEDIES WITH RESPECT TO DEFECTIVE GOODS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED AS ABOVE PROVIDED AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. ShoreMaster’s warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear of materials or damage caused by circumstances outside the reasonable control of ShoreMaster, including but not limited to, improper use, installation, overloading, accident, neglect or harmful alterations or repairs made by others, damage by snow or ice, electrolysis, severe weather conditions and acts of God.

ShoreMaster must receive written notice of a discovered defect covered under warranty no later than one month following expiration of the warranty. The warranty period shall be for the time specified, beginning from the date of purchase as shown on customer’s invoice.

Routine maintenance, checking for loose connections or damaged parts, should be performed by the customer on a monthly basis. Any defects caused by lack of maintenance will not be covered under the factory warranty.

All boatlifts over 12 feet wide may incur extra costs to cover labor and transportation. These extra costs will be determined by the authorized ShoreMaster Dealer.
